The following prices are applicable for the following periods.

REMARKS

1.Prices are per room per night.

Air conditioner usage is included in price.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

2.Children up to 2 years old are not charged.

Additional person older than 2 years is charged 10% of the daily price of studio or apartment.

It refers only to persons who exceed room capacity (eg. fifth person in quadruple apartment).

3. The commissions of the advance payment for the rental of rooms,either through the National Bank, either via Paypal and WU,are charged exclusively to customers.

• Confirmation of booking is only valid upon receipt of a deposit of 25% of the total cost.

Note:

1. Confirmation of availability for specific dates as received from “Studios Anagnostou” reservations is not considered as a confirmation to a reservation. 
2. The deposit must be received by “Studios Anagnostou” no later than the date as specified by the reservation’s department.
3. Confirmation of the deposit made should also be forwarded to “Studios Anagnostou” reservations by either fax or email.

*A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.

Refunds

For a cancellation of booking, a refund to the deposit is only given under the following conditions.

0% cancellation fee:

Full refund – When a cancellation to the booking has been made with a minimum of 30 days notice  (from the date of check in) being given to “Studios Anagnostou” reservation’s department.

100% of the deposit is refunded.

Accepted notices are either by fax or email.

50% cancellation fee:

A 50% cancellation fee  is charged if a cancellation of the reservation has been  made within the period of 21 days to 30 days, from the date of check in.

50% of the deposit is refunded.

Accepted notices are either by fax or email.

100% cancellation fee:

A 100% cancellation fee is charged when a cancellation of the reservation has been made within 20 days from the date of check in.

No refund to the deposit is refunded.

Balance of Deposit

Completion of payment will be made during your staying and before departure.
